Okay… reblogging my own progress photo because 1) just wanted to say thanks for all the notes and kind comments and reblogs and stuff and 2) because I was just informed that the photo above is being used on Pinterest and Tumblr to sell some sketchy diet plan/website. That sucks, because I lost these 30 lbs by eating healthy food, exercising daily and drinking a lot of water. No pills, no trendy diet, no fasting, no special drink or supplements, nothing. Just healthy living. Hopefully enough people see this note, and aren’t fooled by some website’s attempt to promote an unhealthy fad diet or “magic” weight loss pill with my photo.

I hate my body yet I don’t do enough to change it.
My first exam is in a month and I guess I’d rather focus on that then losing weight, I just wish it was easy to manage them both. I’m too stressed, I need to relax more.
